Review
Nissan Pulsar (2014 - Present)
Nissan return to the C-segment market with a bang in the shape of the new and improved Pulsar. Taller and more spacious than its rivals, the Pulsar's crossover-esque looks make it stand out from the crowd, no doubt taking inspiration from the phenomenally successful Qashqai. That bit of extra height is good news for passengers, providing acres of leg and head room in both the front and rear, without sacrificing on boot space. Engine choice may be limited to a straight call between a diesel or petrol – but the options available are frugal when it comes to fuel economy, and offer reasonable performance too. Spacious, comfortable and good value for money, the Pulsar is a good honest car and well worth a test drive if you're on the look out for a reliable family hatch.
Look out for
